Subscription source and UTM data (e.g., whether you signed up via our website, a Meta ad, or a referral)

Beehiiv — our newsletter platform, which stores subscriber data and sends emails
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — we run advertising campaigns that use lead generation forms. When you subscribe through a Meta ad, your information is transmitted from Meta to Beehiiv via an automation service.
Make.com (or similar automation tool) — used to transfer subscriber information from Meta lead forms to our Beehiiv newsletter list
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
The Read The Divot website (readthedivot.com) is hosted by Beehiiv and may use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. We do not run retargeting pixels or use cookies to track you across other websites.
You have the right to:
Unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email
Request your data — email us and we’ll provide a copy of all information we have associated with your email address
Request deletion — email us and we’ll permanently remove your information from our systems
We retain your subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove your information from our active mailing list. Residual data may persist in backups or analytics aggregates but is not used to contact you.
Read The Divot is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll note it in our newsletter. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
